You're Only As Fast As Your Slowest Tech (Debt)

Everybody wants to go fast. Developers want to go fast and see their code deployed. The business wants to go fast (assuming the pipelines and process are in-place to mitigate risk). But there’s always this pesky little thing that gets in the way. Old code and old systems, you know those ones that are super hard to update and/or super hard to deploy. I think everyone, even the business knows “tech debt is bad”....
